As a Chartered Accountant living in a developing country, I had a stable and promising job. Life as an Internal auditor was good, but deep down, I felt unfulfilled. Something was missing—a purpose, a drive to create something meaningful.
I had an inner calling to make a real impact, helping startups scale and transforming the lives of founders. Fueled by this desire, I took a bold leap and quit my job as an auditor to pursue my vision. It was a step into the unknown, but the chance to empower entrepreneurs and shape their businesses made the risk worthwhile.
What I discovered during my early conversations with founders left me utterly shocked. Fundraising agencies—particularly those in North America—were failing founders on an alarming scale.
